Advertising disclosure
This initial version does not load advertising scripts or contain commission-bearing affiliate links. USYieldHub intends to support the publication through clearly identified advertising when the necessary publisher setup is complete.
Editorial separation
Advertising will be labeled “Advertisement” and kept distinct from dividend figures, source citations, navigation, and company comparisons. An advertisement is not an endorsement by USYieldHub, the SEC, or a company shown elsewhere on the page.
Ad placement must not resemble a data table action or encourage accidental clicks. Readers should not click advertisements to support the publication unless they are genuinely interested in the advertised product or service.
Future affiliate relationships
If a future article includes a link that can generate a commission, that relationship must be stated clearly near the relevant recommendation or link. A general footer disclosure alone is not a substitute for a conspicuous explanation at the point of use.
Issuer-paid securities promotion can involve additional legal obligations. It is not part of the initial service. Advertising arrangements must not determine the figures displayed or turn company search results into undisclosed paid rankings.
Before advertising technology is activated, the privacy notice and applicable privacy choices must be updated to describe the actual vendors, identifiers, and processing involved.
