Privacy notice

Updated

This notice describes the current account-free website. It should be read with the actual features enabled on the service. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@usyieldhub.com.

Information involved in using the website

The website does not ask you to create an account, connect a brokerage, submit a portfolio, or provide payment details. It does not load advertising, session-replay, or social-tracking scripts. Optional Google Analytics is described below.

Optional Google Analytics

On usyieldhub.com, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Declining does not affect the financial information or other site features. The site remembers your choice in local browser storage. If that storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page only. Local development and preview hosts do not load the tag.

If allowed, Google receives technical and usage information such as page paths, browser/device information and analytics identifiers. Google sets first-party analytics cookies, including _ga cookies, to measure visits. Network requests also disclose an IP address to Google for processing; this is not a promise that usage information is anonymous. Google may process information outside your country. See Google’s partner-site information.

The site removes query strings and fragments from the page URL and referrer supplied in its Analytics configuration. It does not intentionally send calculator inputs, saved-stock lists, email contents or account information to Analytics. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the tag configuration; optional analytics is not advertising consent.

You can reopen Analytics preferences in the footer and choose Decline analytics to withdraw permission. This stops future collection by this integration and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies on this domain; it does not delete information already received by Google. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep Analytics off. Analytics retention and administrative settings must be reviewed in the associated Google Analytics property; no unverified retention period is promised here.

Purposes and recipients

Information is used to serve pages, maintain security and reliability, respond to inquiries, and investigate corrections or rights requests. Hosting/network and email providers may process information for these purposes. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.

External source links lead to separate websites with their own practices. Visiting an SEC filing or another reference is your choice; those pages are not embedded tracking widgets on this site.

Retention and security

Information should be retained only as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, and dispute or security handling. Operational retention depends on the hosting and email configuration. A fixed deletion interval is not promised here unless it has been configured and verified. Reasonable access controls are used, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Choices and requests

Depending on the law applicable to you and to the service, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain information about personal data, or to opt out of particular processing. Contact us to explain your request. Verification should be proportionate to the information involved; an opt-out must not require unnecessary identity documents.

The current site does not use cross-context behavioral advertising or intentionally sell visitor data. If advertising or similar sharing is introduced, this notice and applicable opt-out mechanisms must be updated first. A broad promise that data is “never shared” would not accurately describe hosting or email processing.

Browser signals

The initial site performs no cross-site behavioral tracking and does not change its behavior in response to the older Do Not Track signal. It likewise has no advertising sale/sharing process for a Global Privacy Control signal to disable. Applicable GPC and other opt-out requirements must be honored if such processing is introduced. Do Not Track and GPC are different signals.

Children and international access

The service is intended for a general adult readership, not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us. Internet infrastructure and service providers may process information in countries other than your own. A US-oriented readership does not by itself determine where the operator or every processor is located.

Changes

This notice will be revised when the service’s actual processing changes. Material new processing should be explained before it begins, with consent or other choices provided where required.
